Membership Director

The Membership Director is a fun and rewarding role that helps keep the Fairy Lake Association connected! You’ll manage member info, work with Ambassadors to welcome new faces, and share updates with the Board. It’s a great way to meet people, support the association, and be part of the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in Board Meetings and the AGM by contributing to discussions and updating membership status.

  • Manage the FLA’s system for member registration, working closely with the Treasurer on financial details.

  • Maintain an up-to-date database of FLA members, including contact information.

  • Bring fresh ideas to the Board for growing and enhancing membership, such as marketing initiatives and membership drives.

  • Collaborate with Ambassadors to identify and welcome new potential members.

  • Support efforts to strengthen the FLA community and membership experience.

Time Commitment:

This role typically requires 4-6 hours/week, with attending FLA events enhancing the volunteer experience.
