Administrative Coordinator

The Administrative Coordinator is a volunteer who plays a vital role in supporting the President and ensuring the smooth operation of the Fairy Lake Association (FLA). You’ll assist with communication and coordination within the Board, contributing to the success of FLA’s projects and initiatives. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying organized and making a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with meeting preparation by coordinating schedules, sharing agendas, and distributing materials to Board Members in collaboration with the President.

  • Track action items/decisions and follow up to ensure progress on tasks discussed during Board meetings.

  • Draft and review messages or correspondence as needed to support clear and timely communication within the FLA and with its members.

  • Maintain organized records of meeting materials and other essential documents to support efficient Board operations.

Time Commitment:

This role typically requires about two hours per week, with occasional additional time needed for key meetings or events.
